Happy Valentine's Day

It’s a day of LOVE and we are loving life! We are moving to Atlanta in one month and are very excited. We closed on a house at the end of January in the historic Grant Park neighborhood, although our new house was built in 2006. We will be in walking distance of the zoo, Grant Park, Cyclorama, fun shops, and restaurants. Our last day of work here is March 12. It was tough letting work know that we are leaving, but they are all excited for us and will miss us dearly. I start my new job at C.H. Guernsey March 29 and Jim will not really take a break, because he is going out on his own. He already has a few leads. Let’s hope they turn into clients!
Leaving Orlando will be tough. We have the best street! We love our neighbors so much! They have really added to our life here. We found a church through Will, which seemed like a near impossible task.
However, we are looking forward to being closer to friends and family in Georgia. My parents will only be 80 miles away! Jim’s brother is only an hour away with his family in Newnan! Plus aunts, uncles, cousins, and old friends in the nearby suburbs.
Our house in Atlanta is getting new fencing—privacy fence in the back and a picket fence in the front.  Then we’ll have the inside painted and new countertops in the kitchen before we move in. Eventually all the bathrooms will be updated and the basement will be turned into a large entertainment room. Right now it’s a frat house. There are four small bedrooms and a hallway with a half bath. The owner before us rented out the basement to college students. It definitely needs to be changed.
I’ll keep you updated as the move date gets closer.
