Another fun and crazy weekend

It's been another fun and crazy weekend at the Paisley house. Friday we met with our tax advisors. That makes for an interesting story! Something I'd have to share offline. Don't worry, our taxes were legit, but the folks we met there could have been stars on a reality TV show.
On Saturdays, we've been taking Brutus to dog training classes. He makes us look good! I'm going to take our camera next weekend (our last class) and show you how well he can sit-stay. The funny thing is, we don't really do the homework with him that we should. The first class we went to he was a little distressed and neurotic. Now only 4 weeks later he is so confident. He likes the training a lot--it gives him a sense of accomplishment. I think he's the best student in the class.
After class we met some friends out in Midtown on the patio at RiRa. The weather is very springlike for February. I'm not ready for it yet. We hung out with them for a little while, then went out for dinner at 97 Estoria and then home. We watched "The Other Guys" but didn't finish it because we fell asleep on the couch. The movie wasn't as funny as we thought it would be.
Today I slept til noon! I love weekend days like that. We went for an eight mile run today. We are working towards our half-marathon in four weeks. It was a great run all over East Atlanta and Grant Park. We even ran by two restaurants we hadn't discovered yet in EAV. We love living in this part of town. There's nothing like having restaurants and shopping with in walking distance (or a very short car ride). If only ATL had a decent mass transportation system.
Back to work tomorrow. I have a lot of driving to do this week. Tuesday to Montgomery, Alabama and back to Kennesaw then home. Wednesday to Jasper then Ellijay. Thursday to work and then home. Yikes! I get exhausted just thinking about it. I'm glad I don't have to do that every week.
Until next time--J & K
