Rainy Days and Mardi Gras

A lovely rainy afternoon in Atlanta. I love days like this and I think I'm in the minority. It's cloudy, dreary, wet and cool. But it's cozy and the clouds and mist are so mysterious. These days make you appreciate the warm sunny days much more.
I traveled to Mobile for work this week and enjoyed the Mardi Gras festivities. We saw the Floral Parade in Mobile and the Fairhope Parade in Fairhope. Lots of beads, lots of fun. It's not the wildtime Mardi Gras you might envision in New Orleans. This one is for the kids.
